What
should I do if I have a problem getting the
on-line sign-up form to work? |
|
If our system does not accept your application,
it may be because your credit card billing
address does not match the address you provided.
Double check that first. If all looks ok,
submit the form again. If, after 3 attempts,
there is still a problem, you'll see a page
that gives a toll free number to call to
resolve the issue. Please call that number
right away to get your account activated.

|

How do
I get the access number and pin codes? |
|
Your activation letter will include the toll-free
access phone number and both the moderator
and participant pin codes for joining your
conference call. It will also include information
on how to log into your private password protected account
management site. This site contains detailed
instructions on how to use the many features
of the AccuConference international conference
call service. You will also receive a toll-free
technical support number. Please save this
email for future reference.
|
|
What
is the best way to invite participants to the
call? |
|
On the confirmation e-mail, we have a portion
you may copy which includes the information
for the participants (excluding the Leader
information). Copy and paste this information
into an e-mail or letter to be sent in the
invitation to each Participant. They will
need the access number and the Participant
Code. You can also download the free
OutLook plug-in to automate this process.

Can
Canadians call the toll free conference line? |
|
Yes, on the toll free plan, Canadians can
call the 800# and you'll be charged the normal
7.9¢ per minute. On the flat rate plan
they would call the Atlanta, GA toll number
and pay for their own long distance. See http://www.easycallconference.com/canada.shtml for more info.
|
|

|

|
How
do International participants join a conference
call? |
|

can dial the direct dial number in Atlanta,
GA and pay for their own long
distance charges. With the Toll-Free Per Minute
plan, you can out-dial
to the participant. Please note, that international
out dial capability is not automatically enabled
upon account activation. We require a hard
copy of credit
card authorization to be faxed to us and
it may take up to 1 business day to turn this
function on.
|
|
How many people may participate on one call? |
|

or sites as you need connected 3, 30, 300,
and more. **If over 50 participants please
contact us to reserve the lines.

What kind of taxes would be added to my bill? |
|
Texas residents or businesses located in Texas
will be charged Texas sales tax. No other taxes
are charged.
|
|
How is a per minute plan different from a flat rate plan? |
|
With a per minute plan participants would dial a toll-free number to access a conference call and account holder would be responsible for all charges. Number of participants with the per minute plan is unlimited. With a flat rate, participants will dial a long distance number (404-area code) and they would be responsible for the long distance portion of their conference call. Account holder will pay a flat monthly fee and can use their account for unlimited number of calls. Number of participants, however, would be limited depending on the flat rate plan you purchase.
|
|
What plan would work best for my needs? |
|
If your company is making more than 1,000 minutes in conference calling per month (e.g., 5 participants x 10 conference calls x 30 minutes each), the Flat rate plan might be a more cost efficient solution for your needs, assuming you have a low cost long distance provider. Please see our rate plan calculator to help you decide which plan is best for your needs.
